As an active real estate investor with a growing rental portfolio, I bring firsthand market knowledge and a sharp eye for value — whether it's a primary residence, a flip, or an income-producing property.
Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I earned a degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from USF and worked in cancer research at Moffitt Cancer Center. That analytical mindset now fuels my approach to pricing, marketing, and negotiation. In 2014, I began my real estate journey as a property manager — learning the business from the ground up, building relationships with investors, and developing a deep understanding of what makes a property perform. That foundation gave me an edge when I transitioned to full-time real estate sales, and it's something I bring to every client I work with today.
